Additional Details:

• Qualification Requirement: Presidential Founder Candidate (PFC) and Regional Director Rank by March
31, 2007. You must achieve Executive Director by August 31, 2007.
• On-Going Qualification Requirements: You must maintain a PFC status and Regional Director
Status through August. You must achieve Executive Director by August 31, 2007 and maintain that rank
for the remaining life of the lease.
• Lease Terms: 36 months
• Dealership Location: BioNovix is making arrangements for the dealership that the cars must be
purchased from.
• **Lease Qualifications: You must qualify for a lease on your own through the dealership we have
arranged the car program with.
• Payment Reimbursement: BioNovix will reimburse you the payment each month only if you have
continued to maintain the on-going qualification requirements: PFC status and rank requirements. Your
reimbursement will take place on the debit cards that you receive your commissions on.
• Down Payment & Fees: BioNovix will pay for the inception fees due at lease signing. All other fees that
are accrued during the life of the lease will be your responsibility,
